A resident-petitioned Special Town Meeting will be held on Monday, March 11 beginning at 7:00pm at the Collins Center for the Performing Arts at Andover High School, 80 Shawsheen Road. All registered voters in the Town of Andover are eligible to attend and vote at the Special Town Meeting.
The warrant contains three resident-petitioned articles, all related to prohibiting the creation of paved and/or unpaved pathways on properties in certain areas in the Town of Andover.
