Bancroft McFUNraiser at McDonald’s 4/16
EAT FRIES* FOR A CAUSE

Join us and support Bancroft by purchasing food at the McDonald’s Andover location on Wednesday, April 16 from 4:00-9:00pm. 20% of ALL sales, including drive thru and app purchases, will go directly back to the PTO. You do NOT need to mention Bancroft when ordering. Be sure to tell friends and family!
On Tuesday, 3/25, Bueno Malo will be donating 15% of proceeds on takeout and dine-in sales back to the Bancroft PTO! They even curated a special Bancroft Kids’ Menu with lots of great options (see below). For take-out, families can pre-order a take-home taco bar kit here (pre-orders close Sunday, 3/23) or use that same link to order takeout from the full menu on 3/25 (the kids’ menu options will go live that day too). Time slots for taco bar kit pick-up will be available upon pre-order.

Student Directory Now Available Online – Print Versions Available Free to Staff
We are pleased to announce that the student directory is now available online! Anyone who has an email address as part of the directory automatically has access, including staff! To access the directory for the first time:
- Go to bancroftpto.org/student-directory.
- You should be directed to a page that says you do not have access. Click the Login button.
- At the login screen, click the Forgot Password button.
- Enter your email address that you used in the directory. An email will be sent to that address with instructions to reset; complete those steps.
- Upon resetting, return to the login page and login with your email address and new password. It will automatically redirect you to the Student Directory page.
If you receive an error message or your email address is not recognized, please reach out to us at studentdirectory@bancroftpto.org and we’ll assist you.
The directory is available in a scrollable frame on that page. There is a clickable table of contents at the beginning of the directory, and there are “return to top” links at the bottom right corner of every page to bring you back to that menu. You can use CTRL-F (PC) or CMD-F (Mac) to open a search bar at any time. All email links in the directory are clickable and will open a new mail message in your browser’s default mail client. All directory ads will open a new browser tab and bring you to our advertiser’s website.
Please note that copying and pasting content, downloading the directory locally, or printing pages from the directory are disabled as a security precaution. We also ask that you do not share your email address and password to the directory site at any time.
If you would prefer a print version of the directory, click here to order it. STAFF RECEIVE THEIR COPY OF THE DIRECTORY FOR FREE: Use coupon code FREECOPY1524, enter your name under Student Name and select “Staff Copy” from the bottom of the classroom menu.

Staff Reimbursements: Form Updated for 2024-2025
Each year, the PTO sets aside money for staff for discretionary spending that will help enhance your classroom experience. We wanted to provide an easy way for staff to make these requests. No more filling out paper forms and sticking them in the PTO mailbox! Everything is done online now for your convenience (and ours, we appreciate it!). This form will allow you to request reimbursement for a purchase you have already made OR ask the PTO to make the purchase directly on your behalf.

We’ve also made it easier for staff to see what funds remain throughout the year. A link is included at the top of the form that provides real time totals updated by our Treasurer throughout the year.
If funds are untouched by the end of the school year by any department/group, the PTO will reevaluate that balance, and reserves the right to redistribute it to another group or designate it as “other” funding in future years. If this occurs, it does not mean you won’t have means to make a purchase in the future, but you will need to receive PTO board approval upon request.

Staff Spiritwear Store
The PTO has created new Spiritwear for kids AND staff! In fact, staff have their own storefront, courtesy of Zazzle.com, that allows you to pick the clothing type and color of your choice for any of our designs. We’re just getting this up and running so the options are limited for the time being. But throughout the year we’ll be adding in more custom designs for you to choose from, and we have lowered the pricing as much as Zazzle allows on all staff items (be sure to watch for their coupon codes and frequent sales for the best deals!).
We have a ton of flexibility when it comes to adding designs to this store, so if there is something you’ve always wanted and you can give us a description of it, we’ll do our best to make it a reality! Send any ideas, drawings, etc. to communications@bancroftpto.org.
